High Season:
To ensure the best possible experience, please note that cancellations made in writing 25 days or more in advance will not incur any penalties. If the cancellation is made less than 25 days before the check-in date, the hotel will charge the equivalent of two nights. For cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in, no refund will be issued. Similarly, in case of early departure, no refund will apply.
High Season Dates:
- Easter : From March 30th to April 6th
- National Holidays : From July 25th to August 3rd
- New Year’s Eve : From December 26th to January 3rd
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed through the method chosen by the hotel, with applicable administrative fees deducted.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Low Season:
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 8 days prior to the check-in date. No charges will apply. If the cancellation is made less than 8 days before check-in, the hotel will charge the equivalent of one night’s stay. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of an early departure, it will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be given for unused nights.
